Oil-Free Rosemary Fries
4 lbs organic red potatoes
1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp garlic powder OR 1/2 head garlic, minced
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and chop potatoes into fries and toss with rosemary and garlic. Bake on a lined baking sheet for 25 minutes. Flip fries and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Eat piping hot!
